The space
You’ll unwind in a tranquil and jaw-dropping apartment that is fully upgraded to ensure a comfortable stay. You’ll walk into a bright and spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV. The living room also has dining space for four.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances that you would need for a comfortable stay.

You’ll be snoozing off on a large bed that has a super comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows. The master bedroom has a fully upgraded en-suite bathroom.

Stepping out on the balcony, you’ll have a huge space to catch some fresh air, read a book, or just enjoy a quick meal or coffee.

The building offers great features such as a communal pool, gym, high-speed WiFi, cable-equipped TV, hotel-quality sheets, towels & more! Additionally, find all the amenities, from grocery stores, various restaurants, and beauty salons to laundry service at a short walk from the building in City Centre Me’aisem.

The neighbourhood
IMPZ or Dubai Production City is an ideal choice for you if you appreciate solitude. You’ll be at a 4 to 5 minutes walk to City Centre Me’aisem which offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The mall has multiple shopping and dining options. You’ll also be at a walkable distance to multiple bus stops, the closest one being right next to the building at a 2 minutes walk.
House rules
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
Guest access
Getting around this area couldn’t get easier with 24/7 taxis service with reasonable prices. You can catch a bus from the bus stop which is right next to the building – at a 1 to 2-minute walk. There are also multiple buses offering a connectivity service to Dubai Metro making the everyday commute easy. Alternatively, Uber and Careem services are just a call away. The neighborhood is easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammad Zayed Road.
Interaction with guests
A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
