The space
This spacious studio apartment opens up to a semi-open kitchen that is equipped with the best appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, stove, and kitchen utensils with inbuilt wooden cabinets.

You’ll be snoozing off on a large bed next to the balcony that has a super comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows.

Stepping out on the balcony, you’ll have a huge space to enjoy the “Insta-worthy” view, catch some fresh air, read a book, or just enjoy a quick meal or coffee.

The neighbourhood
Business Bay is an upscale and urban area that sits adjacent to the Burj area. The tower is just across the Dubai Canal, a serene place to go for an evening walk to unwind after a busy day. If you wish to dine out, there are plenty of dining options within a 70 to 100 meters radius. You’ll be at an 8 to 10 minutes drive to the majestic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Alternatively, you can catch a metro from the nearest metro station, Business Bay. The metro line is well-connected to the famous sites in the city. The city walk, a contemporary shopping and dining destination, is a short 10-12 minutes drive.
Guest access
Getting around this area couldn’t get easier with 24/7 taxis service with reasonable prices. Uber and Careem services are just a call away. Whereas, the metro station is within a short distance of the towers that allows easy access to Marina, JBR, Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, and other important sites in the emirate.

A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018 there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
