We welcome you to our fully furnished two bedroom apartment with special attention paid to interior details. The beautiful pad is a few minutes walk away from Dubai’s livest neighborhood – Jumeirah Beach Residence and The Beach. A wide variety of entertainment like restaurants, cafes, clubs and above all white clean sandy beach having ample shower rooms and changing rooms all free of cost are easily accessible.

As per local guidelines and building management requirements, we need the passport copies or Emirates IDs to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in delays in check-in or refusal for check-in by building management.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
