The space
The apartment features a spacious lobby and living area with comfy seating and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and has a partial sea-view. The second bedroom features twin beds and the third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, allowing a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults in the apartment.

The location is easily accessible with the tram and has numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Guests can also access the water sports at The Beach and various festivals and The Walk.

The neighbourhood
Amwaj is a prime development prominently located at the beachfront of the Hotel and Retail belt of JBR. It is the most sought tower with direct access to the beach along with a panoramic view of the Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Walk, and Marina Walk. The residents of the tower have direct access and proximity to the hotel facilities, retail outlets, and numerous shopping arcades. Travelling is easy as 24/7 taxi services are provided with the tram and metro stations at walking distance from the location.

House rules
As per local guidelines and building management requirements, we need the passport copies or Emirates IDs to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in delays in check-in or refusal for check-in by building management.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
