The space
The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an attached ensuite bathroom for your utmost comfort and privacy. Furthermore, a dedicated study room is at your disposal, equipped with a comfortable desk, ideal for those looking to work remotely while enjoying their stay.
As an added convenience, the building houses a ground-floor supermarket and a stunning, expansive lobby area that adds a touch of elegance to your surroundings. Everything you may need, from grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, and beauty salons to laundry services, is just a short walk away from the building, making your stay truly convenient and enjoyable.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
