The space
Next to it is a dining area for two and the living space. The living area has a huge and comfy beige sofa where you can sit back and relax while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted HD TV. The sofa transforms into a full convertible sofa bed that can sleep an additional adult.

You’ll be snoozing off on a large bed next to the balcony that has a super comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows.

Stepping out on the balcony, you’ll have a huge space to catch some fresh air, read a book, or just enjoy a quick meal or coffee.

There are various sports complexes including Dubai Cricket Stadium, Rugby Park, The Els Golf Club, etc. The neighborhood also has a good choice of restaurants and cafes to choose from. It is easily accessible from Al Khail and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road.
House rules
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.

A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
